Sixt - Reservation Not Honored
MANZANILLO MX -- On November 24, 2012 I reserved a car from Sixt for the month of March 2013. On February 15, 2013 I received an email from Sixt (in German). When I translated it I found it was confirming my cancellation. I contacted Sixt on three occasion but they refused to do anything. All they say is I can rebook at the current rate. When I booked in November the total cost for the month was $471 (US). To rebook now it is $1213, a difference of $742.
This is totally unacceptable and I would never book with Sixt again. I will also tell everyone I know of my experience
