Dish Network - Different ways of fooling customers

VA, VIRGINIA -- I had Dish Network for more than 3 yrs, at the end I found better service with cheaper fees. I canceled but discovered that they would have subtracted from my monthly bills around $5 but they did not even mentioned that in any of their monthly bills/ customers services. I asked them to give me credits but they ignore my phone calls/ emails. now they want to send the equipment and pay for shipping???
