Nike - What a Shame

SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA -- I have been a loyal Nike customer for a number of years and for xmas this year my girlfriend decided to order a custom pair of Lebron X shoes thru Nike.com. She was given a delievery date then another and another and another over a two month peroid of time I still have no shoes and when asked for a refund we have yet to receive one. Keep in mind these shoes cost 350.00 and as a loyal Nike customer I am very disapointed in the way I have been treated and my Christmas was completly ruined.
I am so disapointed in the lack of customer apprection that it makes me wonder how often this happened to other hard-working customers of a company that cares very little about the people that help keep it in business. Timothy Muldoon
