LAS VEGAS, NEVADA -- I purchased 4 - 5 Day Las Vegas Power Passes from this website (bestofVegas.com). When we went to retrieve the cards in Las Vegas, we were informed that several of the major attractions were no longer included in the Pass. When I called bestofVegas.com's customer service, I was kept on hold for OVER an hour while they "confirmed" the information I was given when I went to pick up the passes. After all this time on the phone, I was told that "all sales are final" and there was nothing they could do. They didn't offer a discount on the attractions that were no longer included in the Pass or any other type of compensation for the fact that what we received was not the same product we purchased.

While I understand bestofVegas.com has no control over what was included in the Power Pass, the fact that I was on hold for over a hour, just for the customer service representative to tell me that she couldn't do anything for me was adding Insult to Injury. Her manager was even less helpful.

I will never use this website again - no matter how much of a "discount" they offer - please note: when you go to check out, they add a 10-15% "convenience fee" that makes the cost about the same as other website.
