Verizon - FIOS Quantum disappoints

WEST CHESTER, PENNSYLVANIA -- I just upgraded from standard FiOS with 10/2 (upload/download) to 75/35. However, even after the upgrade, the most I am getting is 20/15 using various third party speed verification sites. I even performed the test hard-wired vs WI-FI. Granted, Verizon says up to 75/35 but we are still no where close. Verizon confirmed my router and boxes are adequate. Still waiting on a resolution.

I always chuckle when I see the FIOS ad talking about 'blazing fast speeds' and 'the fastest internet on the planet'. What they neglect to tell you is that it is not THIS planet. I too, find their blazing fast internet to be mediocre on a good day.
