Microsoft - Mircrosoft is ridiculus
PC Products & CustomerServices - Complaint
WASHINGTON -- I use MSN.com for my email. My email has been hacked over the the last 6 months probably 7 times. Microsoft says to change my password to 11 characters (I've changed it 7 times). It still happens & I get the same direction over & over. Usually it takes over an hour to get to the direction. Very hard to communicate when the company has poor voice lines & English as a second language. I bought a HP Onetouch 520 PC last year - it has everything I wanted on it. It came with a starter version (60 day free use) of Microsoft Office 2007. When I took my PC to Geek Squad to repair it after I got malware on my PC - even though I use SecurewareAnywhere Webroot (100%guaranteed) protection for my PC. Geek Squad (I have a service agreement with them on 3 PCs, which costs a bunch) reinstalled Windows due to OS corruption. They installed all Windows updates and installed Windows Essentials. When I got my PC back my email (MSN.com) was missing & my Microsoft Office 2007 was gone (in it's place was a starter version of Microsoft Office 2010 - 60 days free & then buy it). I contacted Microsoft office about getting my original Microsoft 2007 - bought the starter package online after buying the new PC, reinstalled & I was told that they didn't have a record of me purchasing it after I bought the new PC last year. Moral of the story is don't do business with Microsoft, SecurewareAnywhere Webroot, nor Geek Squad. Maybe MAC is the way to go......Anyone know how to register a complaint with Microsoft - that might get some capable & Understandable attention?
