GASTONIA, NORTH CAROLINA -- Please people don't go to Dish they like to lie to people and steal your money and they have poor customer service they really suck. They overcharge and when it rains the cable goes off or if it's windy. You think you're saving money because the prices look good but after 12 months the bills goes up.

And when you're like a year and a half into it the charger even more and they just give you an excuse that your DVR box went up for $10. And that since they're being charged by their chattels providers more there overcharging you for that too so they really suck.

And they also make the excuse that other cable companies have done that, which is a lie because I'm with Time Warner cable and I have DirecTV and they haven't done that to me and I been with them for the past five years so they're just trying to get your money..

Yes, Dish will lie to people. DirecTV has increased their rates for the last two years that I know for sure.

I am curious as to why you have Dish, Time Warner and DirecTV all at the same time. At least that is the way you have presented it in your complaint.

All the providers are raising their rates. Much of the increases are due to increased costs from the programmers. You read of the showdowns where a channel will be removed from their service due to a demand for more money. Dish shut down the AMC group when AMC demanded more then Dish felt was reasonable.
It costs money to produce programming, and those costs are passed along to the end user
