Chase Manhattan Bank Complaint - Credit Cards - MasterCard
Chase stuck it to me. They slammed my MasterCard bill with a Payment Protector charge that I never ordered. Of course now they plan to bill me monthly for this useless plan. I guess bumping up their “fixed” rates wasn’t enough for them.
Maybe I misunderstood one of their Bombay calls. I’m pretty sure they we just going to mail me information and I could choose to enroll from that. Anyway, I know I threw it out along with all of the other credit card solicitations.
You can’t dispute the bill on-line, nor can you initiate a charge back. You have to call them during “business hours.” It’s funny how they are perfectly happy to call you during your dinner, but you have to call them when it’s convenient for them when you have a dispute.
