HURRICAIN, UTAH -- Always send promotional codes after its over. Example.....Happy Hearts Jewelry Event Feb. 2nd to the 14th, $5.00 off with this promotional code. I have never used on because they are always expired when I receive it.
They don't give you anything because they just send it late.
