cybersonic (www.sonictoothbrush.com) Complaint - poor purchase experience

I ordered this toothbrush after watching their ad on the tv on 2nd dec 2000. Instead of paying the amount of $108 in installments i was told if i pay it all ill get the product within 10 business days. I did just that. Its 28th dec 2000 now and there is no sign of the product.
I wrote them an email which i sent to the email address mentioned on their web site. The mail bounces back saying that their messagebox is full.
I send them another one after a few days this time it doesnt bounce back but no reply for next seven days. On the 8th day i get a reply as follows

DEAR CUSTOMER:

YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PROCESSED AND SHIPPED. IF
YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS PLEASE CONTACT OUR TOLL FREE CUSTOMER SERVICE
HOTLINE AT 877-369-5327.

The customer service number 877-369-5327 never works.

and the no 1 310- 222- 6906 mentioned on the web site worked for me after trying a couple of thousand times and then the automatic answering system puts me on hold for ten frustrating minutes and when i hear the ring the voice message tells me that the mailbox is full and i cant leave a message.
This is the worst purchase experience of my life. And the copmany doesnt seem to do anything about it irresepective of the no of attempts i have made to communicate with them.

I have been waiting over 2 monts for my tooth brush they said it would be 10 days. Don't buy from these people.

I ordered my toothbrush on October 7, 2001. They've taken two payments from my credit card so far, and I still have no toothbrush. Called their toll-free number yesterday, waited on hold for 10 minutes, got their "answering service", was assured by the answering service that my toothbrush was shipped, "they think via UPS" 7 days ago. Well I know that UPS is a lot more reliable than the Sonic Toothbrush folks, so I doubt it was shipped via UPS. I doubt it was shipped altogether. I'm going to attempt to cancel my order today and get my money back. Also going to write to the Better Business Bureau.

I found their current phone number: 1-800-770-7525. They fixed the problem I was having.
