Verizon - Not Helpful At All

TEXAS -- We are a new customer and if this is how they are treated, I can't believe anyone wants to be there customer. Sadly to say we are locked for 2years unless we want to pay the penalty.

I was with Sprint for years and now wish I could go back.

Customer service is no help with phones being traded or exchanged. They put fees on your first bill and don't even tell you in advanced you just have to pay what they send you.

Verizon sucks.
