Verizon Wireless - Bad Service
Galaxys111 - Complaint
FREDERICK, MARYLAND -- Was debating on switching to a new provider because of dead zones. Was told they were adding new towers and that it will be better and that the galaxy s111 was a better phone. Was not informed I would be losing my unlimited data. Already had the phone replaced and this one is even worse. I'm not getting my phone calls.
I try to call other companies and when I go to hit the press numbers the phone starts flashing and won't let me do anything. Been back to Verizon at least 5 times in 2 months....made calls to them and its one excuse after another. Even thou I told them that I had to have good service in the area I work and they have checked and are well aware that most of the area has dead spots....They won't do anything because they go by the area that I live which is right over the mountain from where I work.
They don't even have towers in Washington County ..but I have better service there then I do Frederick County Md which is where Verizon is located. I have no intention of continuing using Verizon after contract is up. I found 2 other providers that can give me better coverage and less dead spots.
