Walmart - Employee Attitude Bad And Rubbing On Customers

ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA -- We are snowbirds who have been coming to Zephyrhills Fl for the last 6 years and shopping at same Walmart in Zephyrhills on daily basis. We noticed a change in employee attitude last year end of season when Walmart started cutting out greeters etc. but wow this year it hit the fan. Employees are no longer helpful, lot shelves are empty most time and if you ask for something you almost get your head bit off. I saw one employee stocking shelves and asked her for it and she said they were out till Monday. I just looked at her because it was right there in front of her and she wouldn't get it for me. Instead she lied she knew was there I showed her she said has to be unpacked in order. I just walked away. Bakery in Walmart will not cut their own bread says cross contaminates HELLO have you ever heard washing blades. The bakery staff will mill around and socialize not service customers until you literally yell at them.
Just not worth the effort anymore whatever problems Walmart and their employees have fix them before you lose your bread and butter because all the rollbacks in the world won't fix that if your employees bad behaviour and crappy service is driving them away.

You could go to Walmart's site and drop a note to them, but it's probably easier just to shop someplace else.

it is not always the employee's i use to work at wal-mart the way the customers come in and destroy the store we work hard in trying to keep it together so that you can shop with ease, but some just come in to seek and destroy like they have no care in the world as to how they leave the area where they just shopped the kids run wild in the store as if they are on a playground, when they do this ,risk is high they will run into something or someone and get seriously hurt, many times i've had to correct them for doing this while mom is somewhere else not knowing where her child is . just let them run wild as you enter the doors, i've seen this. some area of wal-mart clienttel is awful, people do not care about the destruction that is going on in the store (shoppers) we as employee tyr to give our customers the best assistiance we can , but the customers too must have patience, most come in on a rush to get an item them hope to get out in 2 mins we would love to get you in and out as quickly , but it is not always possible.
