Dish Network Internet Install

Was scheduled 2/4/2013. Tech said could not install because system was down. Rescheduled 2/8/2014. No show, called office closed rescheduled for 2/23/2013. No show. Called and was told would be here by 5pm for an 8 to 12 appointment. I cancelled.

What a waste of time.
