Men's Warehouse - A Great Job By Men's Wearhouse!
Customer Service - Compliment
BEL AIR, MARYLAND -- Today we (my husband and I) stopped by Men's Wearhouse in Bel Air to purchase a new belt. We had just gotten one 3 weeks ago at the same Men's Wearhouse, but because my hubby had lost a lot of weight (yay!) in just those 3 weeks, it no longer fit.
When we walked in we were greeted right away. They are always very good at acknowledging you as soon as you come in.
The young man that stopped to help us was CSR [snip] Brown. We told him that we needed a new belt and why. He showed us over to the belts area (they just remodeled and it looks wonderful!) and helped Dan to pick out a good belt and then we went over to the front registers to pay for it.
Then Mr. Brown did something that shows why my husband and I keep coming back to Men's Wearhouse.
Mr. Brown said that since we had only bought the belt 3 weeks ago, he would just ring it as an even exchange at no cost to us.
Dan and I were floored and thanked Mr. Brown profusely!
Nowadays, when you normally hear about how bad customer service is, this was a delightful surprize.
Well done Men's Wearhouse and Mr. [snip] Brown!
