LURAY, VIRGINIA -- Several of our employees are being moved to second shift so they can bring temporary help in to take their place. Their main reason behind this is to try and get our people to quit so they can keep the temps so they do not have to pay any benefits and pay them 4 and 5 dollars an hour less. If this is the kind of company they are starting to run then no wonder their quality is being noticed by their customers. Any one who reads this should boycott their doors. Just go to Lowes instead.

Do you have first hand knowledge of their plans? Could it be that the people who are moving to 2nd shift are doing it voluntarily? Most places I know pay workers a little extra for working an off-shift.
