INDEPENDENCE, MISSOURI -- I ordered 1 order of 3 hot cakes and I received 3 orders of 3 hot cakes, they were talking among themselves in Spanish and started talking to me in Spanish also. I thought the amount was a little high, but she(woman dressed in black) kept leaving the front. I told her that I didn't order 3 orders and she said that was what I said. I have not been to McDonald's for some time because they don't get my order right. I went this AM because I had my granddaughter. I fell like that this McDonald's needs to have more adequate English speaking people or have the manager or whoever she was to listen to the orders given.

I know I am just one person, but I don't think I will be going to McDonald's for some time. There were several people in the store with me and they said that I should have made them give me my money back, but it was never offered!!!!!
