MESQUITE, TEXAS -- Made an appointment with the Geek Squad to address problems with my computer. Called for appointment in the early part of the week. The first opening was today, Sunday. They called at nine this morning to reschedule for next Sunday because the tech has the flu. I cannot believe that they only have one tech for house calls in the Dallas Metro area. I find this totally unacceptable. I fixed the major problem myself and saved myself the $99-$299 plus tax fee.

They most likely have more than one tech, but perhaps not extra techs available to fill in at the last moment. The other techs on duty could have had full schedules. Hard to say.
