Dish Network - Terrible Service

DENVER, NORTH CAROLINA -- For the last month we have had nothing but problems with Dish Network. Our system continuously loses signal. I called Dish and was told that they would run a test and get back with us within 72 hours, that's been 13 days ago and no one has contacted us. I called back and scheduled a service tech to come out. He called today and said he was 15 minutes away so we hurried home from Sunday dinner at Mom's. After waiting for about an hour he calls back and says he's going to another job before us and will do his best to get here today. I called Dish and explained the problems and all they do is say sorry and offered a $20 credit. So let me get this right, my service hasn't worked correctly (some days it doesn't work at all) and they want to give me $20 off. How about crediting me for the whole month ($90) or just let me out of the contract so that I can find a company that can actually provide service. I have sent 2 emails to customer service and have had no reply. Dish Network is terrible.
As soon as I get done with this review I'm contacting Direct TV, I'll never have Dish again and will make a point to tell everyone I know how bad they are. Also, we received a letter from Dish 2 weeks ago that rates were going up. They've got a lot of nerve raising rates when the service doesn't even work. I hope Dish goes out of business.
