FORT MEADE, FLORIDA -- I was in the Bartow store recently, and I depressed the call button for help. I noticed two people one wearing a blue smock or vest, the other in red standing in the appliance department. I had to wait until an associate came from across the store while these two stood there and watched. I asked the associate who was the store manager, and he stated that The Short male manager with glasses and a receding hair line was him. I noticed that he was just standing there while I waited. There were no other customers in the appliance department during this time. This same manager has no problem discussing his hatred for Hispanics and blacks with customers while we shop, but he can't even help the folks that want to patronize his store.

I will never shop in that store again, and will ensure that the school board pulls there account as well.

This complaint about service is valid, and you can walk your money elsewhere.
This complaint about the manager's unprofessional behavior should be sent to the store's higher and corporate management too.

While he might have been doing his job and letting the correct staff respond to customer questions, he was not doing his job if he was complaining about customers as you say he was.
