Price line - HORRIBLE service

I was sent a schedule change so I decided to cancel my reservation, I was first of all transferred from department to department and on hold for 10 to 15 minutes which ended up to totaling 58 minutes(then only because my battery died) , I then asked for a supervisor and was told that there was no supervisor I could speak with, that I could write to an office to complain. This service was HORRIBLE Price Line run people in circles then to be told there is nothing that can done. Price line is a Horrible online company. I WILL NEVER NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN.

RULE #1: Stay far away from PriceLine and all the 3rd party re-sellers. If anything can go wrong, which it probably will, there is no one to help you. Better service and prices when you just book direct.

You might check on line, because I believe there are some regulations about changes in schedule by the airlines, which set forth a right of refund if the change exceeds a certain amount of time difference or something.
