Wendys - Attitude Problems

ORANGE CITY, FLORIDA -- The order taker could barely hear me. I had to repeat constantly, she acted like I was bothering her or something, kept pausing and saying "anything else?". Then she just throws me a total even when I wasn't done..when I said I wanted another item she just reponded "pull to the window". People giving me bags couldn't even look at me to see if I had the bags shoving them out the window! I never have been treated like this! They didn't even give a receipt! and they still forgot an item! Bad attitudes lose customers! And I hate it when the fries are cold!!!

I personally think Wendy's is the bottom of the barrel. Every single time I've gotten an order to go, they get it wrong, and by that point, I don't have the time to stand around and argue with them about it. I also think their customer service has very low standards, and I will not be going there anymore. The food and aggravation isn't worth it.

Wendy's was good in the 80's, like most chains.....now they are cheap and gross!
