Sprint - Never Again.
Photon Q 4G LTE
TOPEKA, KANSAS -- As a first time Sprint customer, I wish I knew this before. I got an amazing phone which I absolutely loved. The service was pretty good, but none of this was the problem. One morning I started my usual routine of turning on Pandora and getting dressed/doing my hair/putting on makeup when I got a text, no big deal, right? WRONG. I pressed the wake up key at the top of my phone and the display refused to turn on. Music was still playing and I somehow managed to call my sister just by touching the seemingly unresponsive screen. I took it into my local Sprint store who assured me it was not my fault after checking thoroughly for water damage or any other indicator that they didn't have to fix it. After his close inspection he told me there would be no problem getting a replacement. I headed to Topeka (an hour and a half drive) and after waiting 2 hours in line, they attempted to scam me out of $50 to replace a phone whose fate I played no part of. I promptly told them I had wasted 3 and a half hours on a pointless venture that could've easily been avoided and still had an hour and a half home left to go, they would absolutely bot compensate for all my trouble which was completely their fault. I ended up sending it back to Motorola, who was very compliant and fixed it for free, but took 9 days doing so. Being a single woman, of course being phone less was nerve racking and definitely did not make me happy. I will never trust Sprint to take care of anything. They really will never live up to any expectation you will have.
