VIRTUAL, FLORIDA -- Their customer service for end users is definitely in need of an upgrade. I understand their hot deals are purchased with no refunds and they unveil the airlines and flights after you purchase. It's a gamble.
However, I recently booked a hot deal through them and before clicking to purchase there was a "?" mark next to the price they were quoting. When I clicked the "?" mark it states:
-You'll see your exact flight times, number of stops, an airline immediately, once you've booked your reservations.
- YOUR FLIGHT TIMES ARE CHOSEN FOR YOU, WITHIN THE TIME PERIOD SPECIFIED
- This is a confirmed ticket and you will not be flying standby
Well, needless to say, it was OUTSIDE of the timE PERIOD SPECIFIED. It appears they mean the "DATE PERIOD" specified, not the TIME period. I now have a useless ticket that I cannot use and all I received when I contacted them was a letter saying they are sorry and pointing me to their terms and conditions.
When I responded to the individual who can nicely repeat scripted message, I got no additional response for over a week.
They have false advertising on their site from what I quoted above and it is in conflict with their "terms and condition" I will ensure they are contacted by someone who can get a response from them.
