Wendy's - Bad experience

THORNDALE, PENNSYLVANIA -- At the takeout window the server gave me a hard time about using a free sandwich coupon so I used the free small chili coupon. The server was a dour person with an attitude. I also asked for a codfish sandwich without tarter sauce. When I got the food home, the codfish sandwich had tarter sauce smeared on the outside of the bun and some on the inside, also the top half of the bun was burnt. The chili was three quarters full and tasted odd. I could not eat this chili and the taste of the part that I ate stayed with me.
Please know that in the past I was always pleased with my visits to Wendy's. I don't complain unless there is a good reason.

If you live local to this location, I would tell a manager in person about your experience.

When dealing with a chain, you will find a wide discrepancy among locations as to the service. especially if it is a franchise operation. I would dumpster dive before I ate at the Wendy's in Casa Grande, AZ again. The Wendy's in Chehalis, WA is cleaner, has better employees and superior food.
