What a mistake!. They've outsourced several different contractors. It was always difficult to have them on time and Sears didn't help much with arranging appointments – they didn't even get back to us sometimes.

The WORST part is they don't finish their job and we have an open ceiling for months–all we needed was to get the job inspected so Sears can seal the ceiling. Customer service representative says they sent an inspector but we refused. I'm not sure why Sears didn't tell us an inspector was coming. She threatened me to pay the rest of balance or else they'll close the case and hand it over to an attorney but why should I when the job isn't done?

I had to schedule an inspector myself but Sears wouldn't send anyone to finish the job since they went
