SWAMPSCOTT, MASSACHUSETTS -- Very Poor installation that they would not repair or replace. They did not have enough carpet so they piece mealed the job and refused to fix it when it pulled in the middle of the room.
There customer service is extremely poor. In my opinion they are not a good company to do business in. Out to screw an lie to their customers. Stay clear of them.
I hope the attorney general picks up on how many complaints are out there on this company. This needs to stop.
