Vacorama Complaint - Bad customer service at Vacorama
Vacorama is a physical store in the Northeast that sells vacuums and cleaning supplies. It also sells its products from a website. I emailed a question about a product to Vacorama in early December of 2005. I received an automated email saying that the person responsible for answering it would be on vacation for a few weeks and would answer it when he got back. He didn't. I politely resent the email asking that it be answered. It wasn't. I sent it a third time. No response. This all took place over a month's time. I sent another email saying that unless they responded, I would file consumer complaints against them. No response. It is now almost two months since I first contacted them. Obviously, something is wrong with this company. This is not acceptable customer service.
