Premium Problems - Complaint

SPARTANBURG, SOUTH CAROLINA -- I canceled my health policy after 3 years because the premium went up $80 per month to $ 574.00/month for a high deductible policy. They continued to withdraw the premium after I canceled, even though they sent a letter confirming the cancellation. Now they won't refund my money.

This is why I don't agree to auto pay under any circumstance. I will go elsewhere.

What was the term date? You still owe premiums up through the term date, even if you canceled your policy. They should have sent you a letter confirming the dates of coverage.

Do a Greivance for Appeal. Contact Medicare and issue a complaint. In turn, they will launch an investigation.
