LAS VEGAS, NEVADA -- Home depot promised to give me a new wood floor and had me pick out new flooring and agreed to replace my wood floor. An inspector was sent to my house after the agreement and checked my floor and it was dry. I called home depot on march 1 2013 and was told that my floor had too much moisture and wait a couple of months and the floor would come back to normal. Yet I asked the inspector could my floor be saved and he said not at all the clerk at home depot told me a rug placed on the floor caused the problem. It is documented from home depot that they would replace the floor and jw floors document the same thing. They both documented with bbb. I am very unhappy with this company and the sales people are clueless.
