Net Spend is garbage, a complete scam! My refund was sent from the IRS Feb 22, 2013 to date I have NOT RECEIVED A CARD! Turbo Tax is to blame for ignoring my request for direct deposit and instead sending it to a card (they claim its a common oversight). I am on hold with NetSpend as I am typing and I have been on this call 25 minutes already. When I called Feb 28th to inquire about the card I was told it was mailed Feb 6th a total lie

I just submitted a complaint to the BBB for the same issue I was told my card was mailed then it was sent back then I reported it stolen then I cancelled the card. Which I did nothing.

Netspend blocked my card after my federal refund hit the account over 7k and told me a week ago that they wired it back to the irs , but the irs says they dont have it!!

Still can get no information on my refund and it has been 4 weeks since it was deposited onto a netspend card , which they blocked , filed with the bbb but havnt not heard back from them either yet.
