Six Flags - Bad Experience

ARLINGTON -- I had a group of 17, we came in 6 car loads and drove for 4 hours. We waited in the Texas Giant line for almost 2 hours for them to shut it down and say it was unavailable and we couldn't ride it. It's hard to tell 10 kids we just waited for 2 hours and we don't even get to ride it.

Then the Titan was closed down so we could not ride that one. Then we went to the Mr Freeze and had to wait for 1 hour and 30 minutes for us to get to the top and them say it would be another 45 minutes bc they were waiting on maintenance, we had already waited so long that we went on and waited even longer and finally got to ride it.

Then since the park closed at 6 we didn't get to do too much else but ride a couple more and those were fun but other than that I feel like we wasted our time and money coming this time around. We should get something towards this visit to make any of us come back again.

Rides break down all the time, sometimes unexpectely the way you experienced. Did you inquire about the possibility of even a partial refund? I'm not saying they would agree to that, but it wouldn't have hurt to ask.
