tigerdirect.com Complaint - Unfulfilled Rebate
NAPERVILLE, ILLINOIS -- On 07-26-01 I ordered a motherboard/CPU package. The price was $109.99 and a $20.00 rebate was offered by mail. I promptly followed the instructions and submitted the rebate form with a copy of my receipt. As of 12-01-01 I still have not received the rebate. Emails to your customer service department have been ignored.
To help keep me as a potential future customer, I would like the following:
I want the $20.00 rebate that was promised.
At the very least I would like a response from your company regarding this incident. Thank you for your time.
