SANTA ROSA, CALIFORNIA -- I have been with Public Storage for over 15 years in many states and I am very satisfied with the service. At present, I am very pleased with the service in Santa Rosa California. Katya McKinzie is very helpful and patient in helping me each month every time I pay my rent. My storage is in Hawaii but Katya is courteous and kind to spend the time looking for my unit and account information every time I pay my rent. I am very pleased with Katya McKinzie.
