Ashley Furniture - Pleasantly Surprised

ALTOONA, PENNSYLVANIA -- After all the negative reviews, I was wary of purchasing from Ashley. I just couldn't find a comfortable sectional that was within my price range, or small enough for my space anywhere else. I took the chance, and it really worked out for me. After all the bad reviews, I just wanted to tell people that not all Ashley Home Stores are the same. My fabric sectional couch is comfortable, came in when they said it would, and looks beautiful. The Sales staff really took the time measuring, and explaining everything to us. The delivery guys were really friendly, and everything came on time. Staff called the day before the scheduled delivery, and the delivery guys (based in Johnstown, PA), called right before they came. I feel bad for the people that had a bad experience. I would definitely do business with them in the future. Also, I am not a Shill for Ashley. Just a satisfied customer.

You say that not all the stores are the same, which isn't surprising. However, I don't see why they all wouldn't be supplied with the same quality of furniture. A review of the complaints shows that Ashley's customers rate the quality of their furniture rather low, after using it for a few months or more.
