Comcast Internet - After Speaking With 10 People at Comcast Finally Someone That Knew What They Were Doing

ARIZONA -- Hi I have contacted Comcast Inernet 10 times to get my problem resolved regarding getting to the internet. I finally reached Bonnie ID 37570 in Tucson Arizona. Not only get up on the internet she asked me about things none of the other representative asked about. Such as there is a button on the modem that was off. She also helped me find how to enable and disable my network router so that if the rounter was bad allowed me to get to the internet using just the Comcast modem.

Bonnie is the best representative I have worked with in my association with Comcast. She desereve a raise and special notice from Comcast she has to be Comcast most valuable person that works for them. I will probably leave Comcast because of the frustration and unhappiness I have had with them over the past two days. But Bonnie definetly made Comcast look great while I was working with her.
