Trying to Get a Loan Modification With BOA, Has Been 2yrs. No one Has Helped Me.

MADISON, TENNESSEE -- Since October, 2009 I have tried to get a loan modification with BOA. No one has helped me to date. 2010 I had to pay them $7000 to approve my loan mod. After borrowing the money (still paying it back, they finally approved the modification. However, after completing the process, making 3 trial payments and paying on time for 6 months, They rescinded my payments and said I didn't qualify.
Have talked to numerous managers at BOA, Making Homes Affordable, Government, state and other agencies no one has helped me. I haven't made any payments. I don't know where to turn nor what to do.

a co-worker recently had a loan modification with bank of america, it went smoothly, and was finalized by the end of 60 days. my co-worker did state they had to re-submit many documents, but nothing to drastic.
