Krogers - Kroger Jumbo Olives

JACKSON, MICHIGAN -- Bought a can of Kroger jumbo olives upc 011110822031 can says serving size 3 servings per can 9....there was only 13 olives in the whole can. The rest was just juice. False advertising.

Is this what the can label said? I don't know what it means. How many olives per serving did it say?
Did the label indicate what the weight of the olives should be net of the juice? Seems like that is what would be important to the buyer.

I think what was meant was, a serving is considered 3 olives and the can should have 9 servings ... so, that would mean 3x9 would be 27 olives in the can...now, if it said Approximately, then it would mean...give or take a few.

serving sizes are based on weight. They are not advertising.
