Boost Mobile - Service and Poor Customer Service

CHICAGO, ILLINOIS -- My Boost Mobile phone service has been oit since, Feburary 23, 2013, I calledBoost Mobile customer service they told me that the towers in my area were down, and open a ticket, saying that it would take 24hrs to fix the problem after 24hrs. Boost Mobile would contact me. no one from boost contacted me, so I end up calling them. Customer Service now info me that this problem can take from 24 to 72 hrs, after 72hrs I call them back, the company says that since its a tower problem they will close the ticket and boost still dosen't know when my phonr service will be fix. This March 6, 2013, and my service is still out no one from boosTmobile has contract me. Everytime I call boost says that their sorry and there's nothing they can do, don't know when towe will be working. No estimated time. Phone still not working, bill paid. No Service, No Service
