Dish Network, Slow Internet,No Cancel Grace Period,Huge Cancellation Fee

HERNDON, VIRGINIA -- I was Dish TV Customer and was paying $29.99/month. As I was moving to new house in Herndon, VA around October,2012, I took Dish Internet&TV Bundle for around $85.Their Basic Internet 5mps was very slow and I called Dish Network in 4 days of Installation and upgraded to higher bundle with 15mps Internet. The Internet was still slow for emails and buffering videos for lot of time in sites like YouTube. Came to know that higher bundle will cost me around $135/mon. I decided to cancel the Dish Services with in 10 days of installation and called them and came to know that there is no grace period OR trail period to cancel. But Frustrated with their Internet Service I cancelled their services and took Verizon FiOS Triple Play. Dish Network did huge direct deductions from me($420 for Internet Cancel,$220 for TV Cancel,$140 for Installation, service charges). Even after that they send another bill of around $49 saying that they are taxes for cancellation fee. Its was very bad experience for me with Dish Network and I won't recommend it for anybody esp Internet.
