2nd GE Microwave in One Year - Complaint
COLORADO SPRINGS, COLORADO -- I bought in March 2012 all my appliances, [one] was "GE-Microwave"
for 487.00$, in November when the Kitchen was ready to install the
Appliances we found out something was wrong with the GE-Microwave,
I returned and ordered a new one.
We installed the 2nd GE Microwave in December 2012, it runs for 3 months
it quit working, I called the Service, I be told I need to have a new
number pad, it took almost 3 weeks. This morning I had a appointment to install the new number pad..."it is dead..." nothing is working.
So now the Service Person try to order as quick as possible an new part
he was told it take again at least 2 weeks, so I have no Microwave for about 6 weeks and this for almost 500.00$.
This was my 2nd GE Product I'll not buy anymore GE.......................
Scheme to this Company, no way....
I always figured "Frigidaire is bad, but it is not..."
