CALIFORNIA -- Once I set up cancelling due to moving the agent told me if I shut off at a certain date there would be no more charges. Next thing I know I was billed for another month and when I called they said the way it is and took the money out of my checking account after I made a deal on payments they said read the fine print. So I told my new roommate not to switch to direct from dish even though we could of got a great deal.
Now they call everyday trying to get me come back. And once again I said I would not come back. They hung up on me. Do not use direct. Fish is better and the same channels.

DirecTV has made criminal activity a legal form of doing business. Why rob anyone, when you can steal all you want from your own customers?
