Food Customer Service at Arbys - Complaint
LOUISVILLE, KENTUCKY -- I went to Arbys on 5th street they sent out coupons you have to park at a meter or pay to park in the lot across the street. The time was around 3pm so you could not park close. I had to go in and wait for my husband so I let the lady know that. My problem is they did not have enough help the cashier rude she was saying some smart remark to the lady cook about me. The cook was right behind her walk over looking me and shakes her head. When we order the cook took her time preparing the food the line was long they still moved at the same pace. the cook came to the register th help ring people up she had her gloves ready to take the money and prepare the food. the cashier said I got the cook had touched on everything the sides of the register and went right back to prepaing our order the grease smelled so gross I thought the food was burning she gave me my order I said can I have some tartar sauce she said its on the fish I said can Ihave some tartar sauce please she acted like she didn't even hear and kept doing what she was doing. She made me wait even longer people came in after got their order before I did then my husband got sick eating the fish
he stay up taking tums for his stomach and almost called in this morning. It is amazing these two women the cashier white who think was a manager and the behave the way they do. I'm considering calling the health deparment because the prepartion of the food was something be dsired. I was happy when I found out there was a Arbys downtown. If these two people keep working there your buisness wiill drop off that is a good location the fact that the parking is bad should make them speed up. There is a bus stop across the street and people eating lunch downtown they don't have a lot time to wait.
