WARREN, OHIO -- My family order pizza and wings from Pizza Hut but when it was delivered and the driver left we sen that the wings were not the kind we ordered and the pizza was a chicken pizza and that's not what we ordered........ I called the Pizza Hut back and they were very rude and we order from this Pizza Hut all the time they wouldn't give us our right order or our money back I at east want store credit thank you

What were the reason they gave you for not delivering what you ordered?

What reason did they give for not replacing the food with what you ordered? That seems like what they should have done based on your complaint.

Everyone makes mistakes. It's how they resolve those mistakes that count to me. Sounds like they didn't do a very good job of the latter. Unfortunately, the majority of the time, it seems as though you cannot resolve disputes with the pizza joints over the phone. And the only way to get a refund is to drive there in person.
