Verizon - Less Than Helpful Customer Service
COPPELL, TEXAS -- I recently called Verizon to find out about better rates for my TV/internet bundle. I was told they could offer me a $20 discount once the promotion I currently had ran out but I'd have to call back at that time. I called back the day the first promotion I had ended and was told there was nothing they could offer, even though I'd explained my previous phone call that was in their notes. I called back and the next person said they could apply that and told me what my next bill would total, but when my bill came that credit had not been applied after our 20 min conversation. I called back and once again, no help and a "couldn't care less about your business" attitude.
I've never had a business care less about someone's business that pays early every month. It was the principle behind it, not the $20. I cancelled my service and would NEVER go back to Verizon!
