Travelocity - Customer Service Agents

Travelocity agents are incompetent. They have no clue how to offer proper customer service for solving customer issues. They make you repeat yourself numerous times and give you hell on high water to speak to a supervisor. They are unprofessional, leave you on hold for long periods of time and are ridiculously robotic.
