LANCASTER, PENNSYLVANIA -- Went into this business looking to buy a big screen TV. Waited nearly 10 min. Not one person in the store except me. Left and went on my way. About 3 weeks later, I heard this same company advertised on a local radio station and decided to give them another try. After waiting 5 minutes, an employee came in the front door. Once again, I'm the only other person in this store. Approached him to tell him what I was looking buy. Not more than 3 or 4 minutes later, he was called on his cell and said he'd be right back. Waited another 10 minutes. He never returned. Never saw him or anyone ever. How does this unreliable company stay in business ?And they have the gall to advertise, claiming good prices and service?

Don't bother going to this company if you want any customer service!

gee I bet you could have taken the TV off the wall and left yourself. No one would have known the wiser.

I am often tempted to check out the level of attention one would get by doing just that...bring the unpaid merchandise towards the door.....service of some sort would occur.
