Wendys - Rotten Salad

HUNTINGTON, WEST VIRGINIA -- Went thru Wendy's drive thru 2:15 pm 3-8-13. Ordered junior cheese burger deluxe and side salad and senior coffee. Paid for food parked to eat, salad had rotten lettuce when you opened container. Went to get cheese burger out of the other bag had a double burger with fries took it back in.
Manager finally came to counter told her the salad was rotten and I had the wrong order. She took that and I waited 15 minutes. Finally my order was given to me went to car opened salad started eating it. Half way down rotten lettuce put it in bag. Got my cheeseburger out to eat. It was a single. Took the top off ate the burger, threw rest away.
