Dish Network - Horrible Customer Service
MIAMI, FLORIDA -- The worst customer service ever. I called three times to tell them there was something wrong with their receiver and each service representative insisted it was my new Samsung television. They told me I should call Samsung to fix my TV. I told them I plugged my TV into another room and the TV works just fine, but they didn't want to hear it. They just repeated it's my TV over and over.
They are rude, crazy, and just don't listen. They charge you for anything that needs to be fixed, replaced etc. even though it is their equipment that you as the customer are renting. Or they just plain tell you it's your TV that doesn't work! They are insulting and behave unprofessionally. They treat their customers like dirt.
What an insane company! The CEO and management should be ashamed of the way their people are trained. It's beyond outrageous. Obviously, I have cancelled my service as I will not be treated so rudely!
