JC Penney - Poor Quality

I have been a Jcp shopper for years and you would be hard pressed to find anything in my closet that isn't from Jcp.......until recently. Since the change in marketing/leadership the quality of the merchandise has really gone down. If I wanted to buy disposable clothing I'd go to Walmart.

I agree. They have discontinued their former quality/reasonably priced brands for new inexpensive cheap clothes.
